January-March Since 2004 Think Detroit PAL's girls volleyball program has been developing volleyball skills and self-confidence under the leadership of committed coaches. Participants may register as individuals or as part of a school team. The information below is for individual participants. Please see our School Sports page to submit a team.

Season Dates: Jan - Mar

Ages: 9 -14

Registration Dates:
Individual Registration: Oct. 31-Dec. 22 $55 ($40 w/Medicaid), Jan. 3-Jan. 6 $70 ($55 w/Medicaid)
Team Registration: Oct. 31- Jan 6 $650 ($500 without uniforms)

Camps and Summer Volleyball
   

Detroit Queens of the Court Weekend takes place on January 14 and 15 at Renaissance High School. The weekend is open to middle school and high school girls, and will consist of a player showcase for high school juniors and seniors. It will also feature an All-City Players Exhibition Game for the seniors, and a skills clinic for middle school students. The event is completely free. For more information, click here.

In January, dozens of Detroit coaches and high school volleyball players attended our 2011 Volleyball coaches clinic at Renaissance High School. At the clinic they were treated to one-on-one instruction from coaching great Deitre Collins-Parker, head coach at San Diego State University, as well as Dottie Porch (Assistant Coach George Mason) and Nadia Edwards (Head Coach DePaul).
